The clients for this Colorado custom home build wanted an elegant mix of contemporary and traditional design in the Cherry Creek area of Denver. The HOA had certain exterior design requirements, however, so we had to collaborate with the client to get exactly what they wanted while also satisfying HOA guidelines.
